Topdot Mortgage
When Topdot, née Premium Capital Funding, rolled out its new name and identity to its 500 salespeople and national client base, the Thinkso team came up with a robust launch program. We wrote and designed an employee handbook and sales manual that explained everything from the unusual name to the company’s “10 steps to a successful cold call.” To build excitement across their 16 offices, we designed teasers—mousepads, buttons, even an image wall—that hinted at the impending changes in the weeks leading up to the launch.
