Project Coordinator

Thinkso is seeking a smart, organized individual to learn the inner workings of our creative agency and the service needs of our clients. Working with our project managers, you’ll learn from the best while building your print and digital project management skill sets. In this role, you’ll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including organizing and tracking media buys, coordinating client sales and event print projects, and producing analytics reports, among others.

To qualify, you must:

  • Have 2+ years of professional experience.

  • Be proficient on the Mac platform and using Google Docs.

  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Consider yourself a natural project manager.

  • Have a never-let-it-fail attitude.

  • Be honest, sincere, and open.

  • Enjoy weekly happy hours and team lunches in our indoor meadow.

Bonus points for:

  • Experience with Basecamp and Smartsheet.
