Thinkso is seeking a hardworking, detail-oriented studio coordinator to run our New York office. The candidate is a personable and highly organized multi-tasker who takes great pride in establishing and maintaining a very professional but also warm and welcoming creative studio.
Greeting clients and guests
Performing basic accounting and HR tasks
Coordinating and overseeing vendors (IT consultants, cleaning service, etc.)
Ordering and stocking office supplies
