A strategic leader, Laura takes pride in her ability to bridge the gap between the creative and practical sides of projects. Her social intelligence and penchant for finding creative solutions enable her to effectively work with clients and coworkers, and consistently deliver exceptional work. At Thinkso, Laura manages the Morgan Stanley account, among others, and runs the firm’s digital marketing program.
Before joining Thinkso, Laura served as the senior director of marketing for Heroic Public Speaking, a company that offers world-class training for public speakers. There, she created a brand voice and communications strategy for the company that led to astronomical growth in their programs.
Laura honed her interpersonal and creative thinking skills working in higher education, before entering the marketing field. She taught creative writing at Rutgers University Camden, Penn State Abington, and Camden College, and was an events director at Miami University.
The first in her family to attend college, Laura earned two master’s degrees — an MFA in creative writing from Rutgers University Camden and an MS in college student personnel from Miami University — after receiving her BA in English with a minor in music from SUNY Fredonia.
In her spare time, Laura enjoys writing poems and short stories (several of which have been published in nationally recognized journals), competing in pub trivia, and listening to podcasts. She lives in the Philadelphia suburbs with her husband, tween, and sweet-yet-poorly-trained Goldendoodle, Heidi.
