Liza loves words — reading, writing, and editing them. As a senior writer at Thinkso, she uses her vast knowledge of financial services to create captivating editorial that evokes the exhilaration and momentum of the market. Liza’s eye for detail helps her translate complex information into clear and compelling ideas. And her reliable, “can-do” attitude makes clients and coworkers feel confident that she will get the job done — with all “i”s dotted and “t”s crossed.
Before joining the Thinkso team, Liza spent nine years at Ernst & Young running large, cross-border digital editorial teams — primarily managing content for ey.com. She also worked onsite at high-profile client events, supporting live content creation for websites and social media. Prior to that, Liza worked for Morgan Stanley for 10 years in numerous content creation roles for both internal and external communications, including morganstanley.com, the firm’s alumni site, and print and digital materials for the firm’s 75th anniversary campaign. She spent her early career as a writer for the Coalition for the Homeless and as a reporter for Newsday.
Liza earned a master’s degree in American history and women’s studies from the University at Albany, SUNY and a BA in history from Union College. Outside the office, she teaches yoga and practices daily meditation. A long-time vegan, she also enjoys cooking healthy foods for her family. Liza resides in South Orange, New Jersey with her husband, two kids, and rescue dog, Rosie.
