Season is driven by a desire to help people and contribute to a shared goal. With a deep respect for clarity, collaboration, and good storytelling, she brings a steady, detail-oriented approach to every project she manages.
At Thinkso, Season supports the creative process from kickoff to delivery, ensuring that teams stay aligned and projects remain grounded in what matters. She’s the one you want in the room when things get complicated: steady, positive, and quick to reframe a challenge in a way that moves the work forward.
Before joining Thinkso, Season managed creative campaigns for higher education institutions and local organizations at a Philadelphia-based branding agency. Her work there included a stellar fundraising initiative with Villanova University, which has since raised more than $782 million. Earlier in her career, she consulted on brand partnerships at Subaru of America, developed marketing materials at Barclaycard, and coordinated group sales at Walnut Street Theatre.
She began her professional life as a freelance profile writer, an experience that shaped her belief in the power of relatable messaging and thoughtful simplicity. It’s a mindset she brings to every client engagement.
Season currently lives in Philadelphia, where her weekends are most often spent discovering new restaurants and digging for vinyl at local record bars. She also makes frequent trips to her home state of Delaware to visit her family and childhood dog, a pint-sized Maltese-poodle mix named Cooper.
What’s with the lighthouse?
“Growing up, I looked forward to our family vacations to the Outer Banks. Climbing the Currituck Beach Lighthouse to the top of the observation deck has always stuck with me. Now, it reminds me of project management—helping others find direction and bringing clarity to the bigger picture.”
