Thinkso wins P&I Eddy Award for RPB’s fund launch campaign
At Pension & Investments magazine’s Eddy Awards, Thinkso and our client RPB won first place in the category “ongoing investment education” for a multi-channel campaign to support the rollout of target date funds in RPB’s investment lineup.
The suite of communications—which utilized web, print, direct mail, and email channels—simplified a complex fund changeover for both participants and employers. A pre-launch brochure and personalized follow on emails provided clear and transparent communications before, during, and after the change. Other coordinated resources included a dedicated microsite, social media assets, one-on-one consultation presentations, an interactive default fund calculator, and a trio investment explainer videos.
