To turn its cybersecurity expertise into useful information for private banking clients, J.P. Morgan tapped Thinkso to create a quarterly enewsletter. We developed the content strategy and wrote the first four issues, helping J.P. Morgan convey advice in a layperson’s terms. We also designed the responsive template to be easily digestible, using engaging infographics and “chunked” content. The enewsletters quickly became a client favorite, achieving a higher open rate than similar thought leadership communications.

We transformed a loose collection of cybersecurity commentary into a valuable client resource. Each enewsletter is designed to be visually appealing and clear while focusing on short-form content that clients can quickly understand and digest.

We introduced an illustrative style to complement and add depth to the editorial. The illustrations can be simplified to serve as icons, expanded to create moments of wit and visual interest, or be employed as infographics.

Thinkso delivered a style guide to enable the bank to produce future issues in-house—ensuring that both the editorial and design strategy endure.
